Construction Documents

The construction documents consist of final construction drawings provided in CAD format, which can be quickly accessed by all other consultants for the project via e-mail. The following is a brief list of some of the services provided at this stage:

1. Drawings and specifications for all furniture items and equipment.
2. Architectural Space plans inclusive of spa area as proposed by IDI.
3. Reflected ceiling plans and details for specified spa areas.
4. Interior elevations.
5. Millwork and casework plans, elevations and details.
6. Finish schedules outlining location and types of finishes.
7. A final quotation for all furnishings and equipment.

Document Review

In most cases, we work closely with the architectural team in guiding them through the construction document phase. Using this phase as an option to our construction document phase, we can minimize duplication of effort and provide one concise docment instead of two construction documents. Services in this area include the following :

1. Review final sets of architect's information plans.
2. Review final set of architect's reflected ceiling plans and details for spa.
3. Provide all millwork, casework, elevations, and details.
